Tips to get the most out of it
Lists ready to use
After pasting a list from an email, a spreadsheet or a website, blank lines often creep in. Remove them before importing the list into another tool.
Lines that look empty
A line with only spaces or tabs isn't empty to a computer. With the option ticked, they are treated as empty.
Keeping the structure
If your text has blocks separated by blank lines, use “Keep only one between blocks”: it normalizes the spacing without gluing the paragraphs together.
Combine it with other tools
For a fully clean list, remove the empty lines, delete the duplicates and sort it. Each step has its own tool and you can chain them with the “Use as input” button.

How do I remove the blank lines from a text?
Paste the text, keep the “Remove them all” option selected and copy the result. Lines that contain text are left untouched.
Are lines that contain only spaces removed?
Yes, by default. If you prefer to remove only completely empty lines, untick the spaces option.
